Chef Anita DillonChef Anita Dillon Anita comes to the Village Kitchen Shoppe with over 20 years of culinary experience. She earned a culinary degree from Cal Poly Pomona in 1985 and has spent the years since developing recipes, writing cookbooks and teaching. Anita operates a successful catering and personal chef business, as well as working as a long-time instructor for Williams Sonoma.
You will find Anita's recipes on the websites and packaging for Peter Pan peanut butter, Wesson oil, Hunts tomatoes, Rosarita Mexican Foods, Lawry's marinades and spices and Ready Pack salad mixes to name just a few.
Anita keeps her cooking "chops" up to date attending the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Napa Valley, Ca. She says she's learning new and exciting culinary trends at the CIA. We think she's going for the wine!
